Summary
The new resource will be part of the Sales Force Knauf Italy and will focus on construction sites
Key Responsibilities
- Drive specification, sales growth and adoption of Knauf systems within the assigned area by combining technical expertise with commercial execution
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and distributors to influence design, win tenders and ensure correct installation.
- Territory strategy: Map the area, prioritise key accounts and projects, and execute visit plans and account plans.
- Specification and project pursuit: Identify projects early, influence design choices, prepare compliant proposals and system selections (fire, acoustic, moisture, thermal), and support value engineering.
- Pipeline and CRM: Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and visit reports; ensure CRM hygiene and timely reporting.
- lead generation: creation of specifications, management of offers, material supplies, updating of the Lead Management Program
- technical support to designers, applicators, construction companies
- direct responsibility for sales in constructions site channel
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, building technology or similar; or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, and a team-oriented approach
- Autonomous, structured, and goal-oriented work style
- Commitment, service orientation, and a commercial mindset
- Experience in managing processes and dynamics of constructions sites

Salary: Gross annual salary between €35,000 and €45,000 and in any case commensurate with the candidate's experience + variable + equipment and company car.
