We are now looking for another team member to join us in Procurement Department as Procurement Intern
What you’ll be doing:
· support sourcing activities, including supplier research, quotation collection, and comparison of commercial offers;
· assist in the preparation, processing, and follow-up of purchase requests in line with internal procedures;
· analyse procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for process improvement;
· prepare and update reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Procurement Manager;
· maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier-related information in internal systems;
· coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate purchasing processes;
· provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the buyers.
What we’d love for you to have:
· degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or currently studying towards one;
· good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data;
· good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
· proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
· good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams;
· good level of English.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
· Knowledge of ERP systems
· Expertise in commercial relationship
