Customer Service Intern

Summary
The trainee will be included in the Sales Support & Customer Service department of Knauf Italy and will have the opportunity to carry out a training project with focus on the following activities:
- learning the successful strategy that puts the customer at the center
- learning to know the customer and his needs
- board and operational tools for customer management
- proactive customer management integrated into modern marketing
- communication tools for Customer Care and techniques for managing difficult relationships
- commercial support: relationship management with B2B customers, support for the Knauf Italy sales network
- operational support: Reception and entry of orders via Sap management software. Completion and optimization of the same.
Who are we looking for
- High school diploma or university studies preferably in Economics / Languages / Communication (or other humanistic disciplines)-
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Good knowledge of Office tools
- Strong Commercial Approach
- Ability to listen carefully, to communicate effectively, to solve problems
- Proactivity and ability to organize work by prioritizing activities
- desire to grow professionally and learn
Work location: Castellina Marittima (PI)
What we offer
Monthly salary of €700 gross, ticket Restaurant of €8/day, transport allowance.
