HR INTERN
Summary
Knauf, multinational company in the construction industry, is looking for an HR intern to be located within the People department, reporting directly to the People Director.
Responsibilities:
The resource will be engaged in the following activities:
- drafting and publishing job advertisements;
- screening cv and interview processing support;
- activation of curricular and extracurricular internships;
- participation in events like job meetings and collaboration with universities;
- development of employer branding initiatives;
- management of policies related to gender equality:
- organization of mandatory safety courses;
- management of employee registration information;
- internal communication and dissemination of regulatory updates.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources/law/Economics/Psychology or similar courses;
- excellent knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Power Point);
- good knowledge of English
Preferred Qualifications
- proactive personality;
- relational skills and strong teamwork;
- strong work ethic and high attention to detail;
- strong communication skills and problem solving.
Salary:
- 700 euro + Ticket Restaurant + Transport Allowance
