Summary

The resource will be placed in the IT Department reporting directly to the local Field Service Team Leader and Regional IT Manager. 

Responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for managing the local infrastructure of the various sites throughout the country, with a particular focus on the following activities:

- supporting local applications;

- management and support related to tickets sent from the global service desk with a focus on local incidents, requests and changes;

- support of the roll out of new services, tools or standards in close collaboration with the INF Program at central IT;

- training and communication to users of new implementations related to IT processes and related policies;

- management of the local stock of devices (PCs, devices) and their issue/return/disposal

Requirements

 - Technical degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications;

- 4/5 years of experience in the role;

- Good knowledge of the English language;

Preferred Qualifications 

- Communication and organizational skills;

- Willingness to work in a team;

- Problem solving skills;

- Willingness for short domestic travel for IT support.
