Summary
The resource, working with the senior staff, will have the opportunity to train, gain experience and give support to our department HSE, following a training project up to 12 months. The resource will be envolved in the following activities:
- support in the transmission phase and reports of near miss, unsafe condition and unsafe behaviours
- support to the Team in the organization of training projects for new hires and in the planning of mandatory training
- contribution to the implementation of the principles of continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental matters.
- support to the Team in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications on the documentary part, internal and external audits, non-compliance management and corrective actions
- support to the team in the implementation of integrated management system procedures
Requirements
- Degree in environmental civil engineering/mechanical engineering/industral engineering
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Office Applications (with focus on Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- ability to manage priorities by acting proactively on assigned projects
- team working
- result oriented and problem solving skills
- study abroad experience is welcome
